OWNER CALLED - SHE NEEDS TO RE-START THIS PERMIT WITH ACCURATE PLANS - A FULL SET OF PLANS FOR THE UNDOCUMENTED REAR ADDITION - I SUGESTED HIRING A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL - SHE MAY COME IN TODAY FOR COPIES OF; THE VIOLATION, HEARING DECISION, CANCLED PLANS, ANY OTHER PAPERWORK THAT WAS STOLEN

PLANS ARE GOING TO REVIEWED UNDER THE 1997 UBC WHEN HAVE REVISED SET OF PLANS AS OF 09-12-2019 PRIMARY FOCUS IS LIFE SAFETY ISSUES.

PHONE CALL FROM PROPERTY OWNER KAREN. SHE IS FRUSTRATED AND CONFUSED AS TO WHY HER HVAC PERMIT AND THIS PERMIT CANNOT ISSUE SINCE DARRELL JONES TOLD HER ON A SITE VISIT THAT HE WOULD APPROVE HER PLANS SO THE PERMIT COULD ISSUE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER HER QUESTIONS TO HER SATISFACTION, WHICH FRUSTRUATED HER FURTHER. SHE ASKED FOR THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE BOARD THAT OVERSEES RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SO I PROVIDED HER THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE SHASTA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.
